The world that we live in, now, is certainly fraught with many challenges and the world tomorrow is everybody’s guess. What is certain however, is that, what we do today, will determine the kind of lives that we are going to have in the future. As leading providers of education, we endeavour to propagate effective education and steer forth a progressive vision of creating synergy to fruitify the quest for excellence and kindle the young minds with a dream of better tomorrow.

The School’s vision goes beyond the achievement of Academic Excellence. It aims at effecting a positive attitude, weaning away the student from narrow self-interests and prejudices and liberating his mind and helps him rise to his full potential. D.A.V. Senior Secondary School, aims to provide a conducive environment for the inquisitive minds to explore, analyze and synthesize; to learn, unlearn and relearn for the times ahead, compete with none but oneself and against the situation. The students are groomed to be Indian in values but global in competence; aware of their strengths and weaknesses, free from fear, prejudice and apathy, be tech savvy, ready for the enterprise of life.

Dear Parents and Students Our mission at D.A.V, is to give equal opportunities to each and every child for personal growth through 'Values added' education. We prepare students with special skills to enable them to be successful in every sphere of life. As I walk down the hallways of the school everyday. I can hear the chatter of eager minds, the shouts of excitement from the victorious athletes, the thump of dancer's feet & the sound of melodious voices harmonizing, the perpetual energy, movement & enthusiasm permeate the atmosphere at D.A.V. Besides that, I believe that parent's involvement is equally important for generating the best citizen of our country. I always emphasize that emotional bonding with the parents and teachers is must to imbibe and inculcate values and knowledge among the students. To get the best from the school for your ward, you are advised to maintain a close contact with the school authorities. Once you feel that your ward is not making the desired progress, the Principal should be contacted without delay. The student's success and happiness in school and society depends upon the close co-operation of all concerned - the pupil, the parent and the teacher, I will welcome every opportunity to discuss your child's development and progress. The School has capable and committed teaching staffs, who believe that effective learning can only take place if there is a harmonious partnership between the home and school. School we impart education that is based on conscience and we rear a breed of young minds that are bustling with self-confidence, motivation and ever ready to take up challenges.
